The Abui Project: A Fusion of Luxury Travertine and Crema Marfil Marble in Ghana
Mekmar is thrilled to showcase its latest international success: the Abui Project in Ghana. This sophisticated villa project demonstrates the perfect harmony between rugged natural textures and polished interior elegance. From garden landscapes to intricate interior marble work, Mekmar provided a complete stone solution.
Outdoor Excellence: Splitface & Rustic Travertine
The exterior of the Abui Villa was designed to blend durability with timeless character. We supplied specialized travertine finishes for the garden and poolside:
- Garden Wall Cladding: 800 m² of Classic Splitface Travertine. This texture adds depth and a natural, rugged elegance to the villa’s perimeter.
- Poolside & Garden Flooring: 200 m² of Scott Rustic Travertine in a French Pattern Set.Technical Detail: These tiles are 3 cm thick, ensuring maximum durability for high-traffic outdoor areas and resistance to environmental elements.
Interior Sophistication: Polished Crema Marfil Marble
Inside the villa, the design shifts toward a bright, luxurious aesthetic using world-renowned Crema Marfil Marble.
- Flooring and Walls: 500 m² of polished Crema Marfil in versatile sizes (60x120x2 cm and 30x60x2 cm) to create a sense of expansive space.
- Custom Staircase Solutions: We meticulously crafted 210 custom pieces for the interior stairs, including matching treads, risers, and skirting, ensuring a seamless transition between floors.
