The Heart of the Home: Classic Vein Cut Travertine

For the primary living areas—including the dining room, living rooms, and kitchen—the client selected the timeless Classic Vein Cut Travertine.

• Format: Large 60x90x2 cm tiles.
• Finish: Filled & Polished. The polished finish reflects light beautifully, enhancing the spacious feel of the home while the vein-cut pattern provides a sleek, modern rhythm.
• Total Volume: Mekmar produced and supplied 750 m² of this premium travertine to ensure a consistent, high-quality flow throughout the residence.

Cultural Elegance: The Majlis in Emperador Beige

The Majlis, the central gathering space for guests, required a stone that exudes prestige and warmth. The choice was Emperador Beige Marble.

• Format: 60x90x2 cm tiles.
• Finish: Polished. The high-gloss surface highlights the intricate veining and warm tones of the marble, making it the focal point of the villa’s social life.
• Custom Stonework: Beyond the flooring, Mekmar also crafted Emperador Beige Marble stairs, providing a seamless transition between levels that maintains the project's luxurious standards.

Textural Details: Noce Travertine Mosaics

To add depth and contrast to the design, the project utilized Noce Travertine Splitface Mosaics. These were used as decorative accents, offering a rugged, natural texture that perfectly complements the smooth, polished surfaces of the main flooring.
